Digiliant Virtualization Servers offer you many different drive options for the operating system.  They are installed in a pair that is then used to create a Mirror (RAID 1) to protect it.  Digiliant recommends that you choose a drive size that is large enough for your applications, but also allows for future installation needs as well.
