Terms of Use

Your use of www.digiliant.com and our services, including but not limited to phone orders, mail orders, email orders, all purchasing, ordering, and any inquiries are subject to the governing policy set forth below.  Please read the following information carefully.  By using our website and services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below personally or as an agent for any business entity you represent.  These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

The term “Customer” means you or the business entity you are ordering goods or services for.  If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use our website, do not submit any orders for products or services, and refrain from contacting Digiliant.

These terms and conditions are public information and must be adhered to by anyone doing business with Digiliant, LLC unless there is a written contract stating otherwise signed by an officer of Digiliant, LLC.

                All policies listed on paper or online at www.digiliant.com are subject to change without notice.  Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of these policies within regards to consumer law.  Digiliant, LLC bears no responsibility for misprints, errors, or omissions within this document, or online.

                All goods remain the property of Digiliant, LLC until payment has been received.  Digiliant, LLC can retain, repossess, and/or resell all goods.  Customers acknowledge they hold all goods as bailees until title has passed.

                The Customer agrees that each item in a multi-item purchase from Digiliant shall be treated independently unless stated otherwise in writing, signed by an officer of Digiliant, LLC.  Each item shall be considered independently for warranty or refund purposes unless the customer has stated otherwise prior to placing an order.

                Digiliant, LLC only uses FedEx and FedEx Freight unless the Customer requests shipment via other carriers prior to placing an order.  Such request is considered a special request, and must be confirmed prior by Digiliant, LLC prior to ordering. 

                Digiliant, LLC is not liable for your order once it leaves our facilities unless the order is a GSA order.  The Customer agrees to inspect their package upon delivery.  Any damage your order should sustain in transit to the destination should be reported directly to the shipper.

                The Customer agrees that Digiliant, LLC will not be liable for any shipping delays caused by the carrier.  This includes any shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or any event that can be considered “an act of God”.

                Digiliant, LLC is not responsible for any lost data.  RAID is NOT a backup.  Please keep backups of any data stored on your Digiliant Storage Server.
